Two days before the 2010 abolition of the statute of limitations for murder, the clock runs out on the case of the Tagusari brothers' parents. With the law no longer able to punish the killer, the elder brother (a detective) and younger brother (a forensic examiner) became police officers. While solving present-day violent crimes, they pursue the real culprit who murdered their parents 31 years ago.
